Taken from the sketchbook drawing, one of my favourite spots on the port and one of my first gelliplate experiments. This was the second version I did of this print, you can see the first one here. It also shows some of the typical 'scars' of gelli printing where the paint peels off in places. I was tempted to clean it up in Photoshop but decided to leave it in the end… because I like it - it gives it soul and leaves you with no doubt that it was made by a human.
