I made a conscious decision that everything would be shipped from this little island off the West coast of Africa - I did look at different drop shipping options but it didn't feel right. I want full control of what ships, the quality of the print and how its shipped, and it also gives me the chance to add a little personal note to everything I send out.

So please don't expect Amazon speed turnarounds - this will be more like snail mail at its finest. As I'm just starting out on this adventure I'm initially going to be doing prints to order with a fantastic supplier I have here in Las Palmas, this obviously means that processing times will take a little longer.

For now I have provided flat rate prices in three tiers for Spain, UK and North America. For shipping within the EU (outside Spain) - new EU packaging rules landed on 12 August 2026, and right now there's genuine confusion about what they'll actually mean for small independent sellers. Until that settles, I'm holding off on standard EU shipping (beyond Spain) rather than risk sending something out under rules that keep shifting week to week. If you are somewhere else in the world just drop me a line at verity@portinastorm.studio and I'll create a payment link for you with the correct rates.

I use Correos tracked service for delivery and this covers shipping in an A4 rigid envelope to make sure your prints are fully protected. I will add rates for larger prints as and when I make them.

Please note that international and mainland Spain customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes (including IVA/VAT/GST), or handling fees incurred once a shipment reaches its destination.

Following regulatory changes, all imports to the USA are now subject to customs duties regardless of value. Current EU-origin rates run up to around 15%, though this remains an actively negotiated area.

Please be aware that delays can occur due to customs processing. This is not something I can control. If taxes are not paid and an item is returned, the customer will be responsible for the original and return shipping costs.

Once you have placed your order you will receive confirmation via email.. it may not be immediate, I'm doing all of this manually and deliberately so - it makes the exchange just a little bit more human. And I'll update you with a tracking link when your order goes out.
